The property had a pleasant view and large and well-designed rooms. Staff was very amiable and hospitable. Although the bed was very firm, I liked the apartment.

Tbh, rooms were dingy.

Rooms were reasonably large with bedroom, a big balcony, as example, available wake-up service. It was magnificent and amazing by market area...

The location is fabulous, with a stunning setting near the marina and close to the city center.

I can recommend this place, truly enjoyed it. This is an excellent property, neat, and located close to basically all Marmaris, a supermarket, a lot of other stores and the boulevard and most things. The apartment is particularly good, anywhere in the city center.

i loved its favourable and best possible location. all in all everything was perfect, as a bonus i received wake up calls free of charge. would stay there again if i end up visiting soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a nice bathroom with lots of hot water and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and the bay where we could rent boats. We especially enjoyed the small balcony where we could relax and dry our clothes. the owner was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of aspects that I really enjoyed. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy my trip. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back and have a good night's sleep.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the bathroom could do with some renovations.

The location struck the perfect balance, allowing for a peaceful rest while still being within a short walk of all the attractions. There were plenty of shops nearby to satisfy any cravings or shopping needs. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and well-equipped room at Ressa Apart. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at Ressa Apart was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean, with a very nice bathroom and plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. I appreciate that the room was equipped with everything I needed to cook, and the refrigerator worked perfectly. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the center and the bay where I could book boat trips. I loved having a small balcony to relax on and dry my clothes. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even for streaming movies. The owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with my luggage and parking. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to Ressa Apart.

Although my stay was great overall, I would have appreciated having a clothes rack in the room. It was a bit inconvenient not to have one, especially for a stay of 2-3 days.

great location, close to main avenue and beach. Room was tidy and had a lovely balcony. Quick check-in and helpful staff. The small fridge and coffee/tea facilities were convenient. exceeded expectations during this stay in Marmaris.
